Getting in touch
Email oneforall.ai.app@gmail.com. Say which iPhone you are on and what happened — that is usually enough to work it out.
Tally needs iOS 26
There is no older build. If the App Store will not install it, that is usually why.
It prompts but will not record
Recording needs the camera and the microphone. Open iPhone Settings, find Tally, and turn both on. Tally says so on screen rather than failing quietly, so if the record button refuses there will be a reason beside it.
The second screen will not connect
Foldback puts the script and the instrument panel on a laptop, over your own wifi, so that the phone can face away from you while it records. Both machines have to be on the same network, and Tally needs Local Network permission — iPhone Settings, then Tally, then Local Network. Tally will not print a mobile-data address, because nothing else can reach one.
Where the takes are
On the phone. Takes are never uploaded. Save one to your photo library from the review screen if you want it somewhere else. Scripts sync through your own iCloud if you have it turned on; takes do not.
The writers’ room
Drafts and revisions are written on Tally’s server, so they need a connection. The first three drafts or revisions are free per Apple Account; after that it is a subscription, monthly or yearly.
- Bought it already, on this or another device? Open Settings inside Tally and tap Restore purchases. A subscription follows your Apple Account, not the phone.
- Changing or cancelling happens in iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps it running until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Apple takes the payment. Tally never sees your card, and refunds are Apple’s to give — reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy
What the server does and does not keep is written out at /privacy, from the code that keeps it.
